FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Ryoko is a slight girl who looks perhaps a little smaller than she actually is thanks to illness making her a good bit more frail than a healthy girl her age would otherwise be. She's sixteen years old, stands at 5'2'' and is visibly a little underweight for her height. According to a few characters in the game, she's strikingly pretty and would probably be beautiful if it wasn't for how obviously ill she is. Her hair and eyes are both a sort of very dark gray/charcoal black and her hair is wavy and shoulder length, but also a little messy and unkempt – she definitely gives the impression that she probably doesn't do much in the way of caring for it. As of her usual canon point, Ryoko has bandages on her head and most of her torso, covering wounds sustained from piloting her Sentinel.
AURAL: Soft, quiet, lower than you might expect from looking at her. She often sounds clinical and coldly detached. Would probably have a gentle sounding voice if she didn't sound perpetually irritated with everything going on around her. Her tone is rarely actively angry or antagonistic, but she has a blunt, brusque sort of tone and rarely bothers to talk or say more than is completely necessary. When she's particularly riled up or upset, then her voice will get shrill and high pitched. Her English VA is Kira Buckland and her Japanese VA is Saori Hayami.

DEMEANOUR: Standoffish, defensive. She often stands with one of her arms crossed over her chest and holding the other. She'll often rub her eyes or her forehead with her hand as a sort of unconscious tick and when she's suffering particularly bad headaches, she clutches her head and makes herself very small. She's described by one of the other characters as seeming "more like a ghost than a girl", for what it's worth.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: She dislikes being touched or really just having people in her personal bubble to begin with unless it's someone she's particularly close to and trusts.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Physically almost anyone could beat Ryoko's ass in a straight fight but emotionally??? Imagine the toll.
RELATIONSHIPS & SHIP PREFS: OOCly I'm totally down for ships with characters of any gender! I love crosscanon ships and I'm open to ships with characters from any medium. For my own personal comfort I would prefer them to be in a similar age bracket to her (14-19). ICly it would have to be something pretty slowburn because Ryoko Has A Lot Going On but don't be afraid to hit me up and discuss things! On that note, I'm largely not interested in playing OT3s/polyshipping.
In terms of shipping with 13 Sentinels canonmates, I love Ryoko/Amiguchi and Ryoko/Yuki and I'm also interested in trying out Ryoko/Iori and Ryoko/Hijiyama. I'm also happy to give any other pilot ships a try apart from Ryoko/Sekigahara and Ryoko/Gouto, which I'm not interested in playing.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: LOTS of shit to find out here but it all pertains to big 13 Sentinels spoilers so please contact me beforehand to talk things out before you give it a shot!
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Nothing of note.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: As mentioned above, Ryoko is recovering from some pretty severe injuries she got from piloting her Sentinel – to characters seeing her injuries without that context, her injuries most closely resemble someone who's been in a severe vehicular accident, with some electrical scarring down her left arm that Lichtenberg figures. Accordingly, her left arm is slightly weaker than her right. Ryoko also suffers from amnesia triggered by chronic headaches and may have difficulty remembering or retaining new information depending on her canon point. She is medicated for this and frequently takes pills to manage her symptoms.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: As mentioned above, Ryoko as a character unavoidably deals with issues of memory loss, loss of identity, chronic pain and use of medication. While not as prominent, getting close/long-term CR with Ryoko may result in topics of manipulation coming up as well as Ryoko being the victim of something close enough to grooming that I am choosing to warn for it as such. Please let me know if you need to avoid any of these topics and I will make sure not to bring them up in threads with you.
